When does Creepy Crate ship?

We ship Creepy Crates by the 15th of the month. After that, you will receive a new Creepy Crate every other month.


What is the last day I can place an order / cancel an order / make a change to my order before Creepy Crate ships?

The last day to make an changes to an order – including placing the order, canceling your order, changing your address or credit card information – is on the 8th of the month. Creepy Crate will ship one week later.


When will my credit card be charged?

We will charge your credit card once you place your order. Then your card will be charged every other month until you cancel your subscription. If you selected our 6-month (3 crates) or our 12-month (6 crates) pre-pay plan, you will be charged the full amount for all crates plus shipping at time of purchase. Your card will be charged again upon the completion of your chosen plan unless you cancel your subscription. 


How many boxes do you ship a year?

We ship every other month, so we ship out 6 boxes per year.


Can I give Creepy Crate as a gift?

Yes, although we recommend knowing your recipient very well because they might think you're, at best, a psychopath—or, at worst, a serial killer—for giving them such a creepy gift. 

Please note that at this time we do not provide gift wrapping or personalized messages to recipients.  


Can I purchase Creepy Crates from prior months?

At this time, we don't offer past Creepy Crates for a one-time purchase. But we're working on it!


My shipping address changed; what do I do?

Email us at creepycrate@the-line-up.com, and we will help you update your address.


An item arrived broken; what do I do?

Email us at creepycrate@the-line-up.com, and we will work with our shipping service to make sure you receive a replacement item or a creepy product of similar value.


How do I cancel my subscription?

If you're unhappy with your Creepy Crate, we would appreciate the opportunity to improve your experience! Contact us at creepycrate@the-line-up.com with your feedback, and we will do our best to provide you with the chills that you were missing.


Can I purchase 6 or 12 months of Creepy Crate now?

Yes! We now have 6 or 12 month pre-paid plans available. Please see our subscriptions page for more information.


How long does it take for a Creepy Crate to arrive?

Please allow at minimum 3 to 5 business days for all orders shipping within the United States; for international orders, please allow at minimum 8 to 10 business days. 


How can I track my Creepy Crate? 

We use different carrier providers to ship your Creepy Crate depending on your location. Please click the appropriate link below based on the tracking information you were given to track your delivery.

I was charged by a company named ‘Open Road Integrated Media’ - who are they, I’ve never heard of them!?

Open Road Integrated Media or OR/M is the name of our parent company, all Creepy Crate charges will show up on your credit card statement from 'Open Road Integrated Media'.
