We ship Creepy Crates between the 15th and 17th of the month. Subscribers receive Creepy Crates every other month.
The last day to make an changes to an order – including placing the order, canceling your order, changing your address or credit card information – is on the 9th of the month. Creepy Crate will ship about one week later.

We will charge your credit card once you place your order. Then your card will be charged every other month until you cancel your subscription. If you selected our 6-month (3 crates) or our 12-month (6 crates) pre-pay plan, you will be charged the full amount for all crates plus shipping at time of purchase. Your card will be charged again upon the completion of your chosen plan unless you cancel your subscription.
We ship every other month, so we ship out 6 boxes per year.
Yes, although we recommend knowing your recipient very well because they might think you're, at best, a psychopath—or, at worst, a serial killer—for giving them such a creepy gift. Please note that at this time we do not provide gift wrapping or personalized messages to recipients.
At this time, we don't offer past Creepy Crates for a one-time purchase. But we're working on it!
